Throughout the entire day, depending on the tour schedule. Many suitcases arrive well before 3:00 PM, but some may take until 5:00 PM (in rare cases, even until 5:30 PM)
From around 3:30 PM, you are welcome to ask us when the remaining luggage is expected to arrive.

Yes, we explicitly ask you to do so! This is also in your best interest, as it helps distinguish your luggage from others and prevents delivery to the wrong hotel.
Each suitcase should only display the name used for the booking!
You may also use our (though not very durable) luggage tags. (Print – write your name – attach to your suitcase – secure with glue or a stapler).

Really ONLY max. 20 kg! We reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 6 euros per suitcase and stage for overweight luggage.
Please ensure everything is properly packed and not "tied on" (exception: poles and heavy hiking boots). We do not take responsibility for items attached with string, plastic bags, or the contents of open luggage bags.

Absolutely! Including tricycles, such as those operated by hand cranks. Also, dialysis or ventilator devices as well as cool boxes for medication. Please mention this when placing your order.

We are familiar with almost all accommodations and, of course, the designated drop-off points for your luggage.
Please note that for accommodations located off the Moselle, we charge small single-digit surcharges (flat rate 2–9 euros). For example, Bad Bertrich, Kloster Engelport, Burg Arras, Burg Elz, (Bernkastel-)Kueser Plateau, etc.
Destinations in the Eifel, Hunsrück, Saarland, Luxembourg, and Upper Moselle (i.e., before Trier) cost more. Feel free to ask us.

Unfortunately, luggage transfer is not possible for:

Pension am Treiser Kiosk Treis-Karden
Pension am Markt Treis-Karden
Klein&Fein in Neumagen-Dhron
And it is sometimes difficult for us at Weinhotel Steffensberg in Enkirch

Preferably BEFORE departure. However, cash payment on-site is possible.
We do not charge cancellation fees if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before departure (otherwise 24 euros).

You can book a passenger transfer at the beginning or end of your tour (Example: Koblenz–Trier: 48 euros per person, including luggage and bicycle).
We also offer transfers with our three busses (each max. 8 P.). For example, airport rides.

The luggage transport service is available only from around Easter until October 31st. Bookings outside this period are possible with an additional fee and upon request.
Passenger transfers, however, are available all year round! (also with bikes)
